As a producer of plastic products, you certainly know that setting up an injection mold twice can be very expensive. This usually only happens when the cooling circuit is found to be clogged or leaking after the injection mold is set up. That's why we developed the Mold Check, a compact test unit used to quickly check the tightness of the cooling water circuit and accurately measure the water flow through an injection mold. Therefore, after performing maintenance work, Meld Check can quickly and reliably test tools outside the injection molding machine. It has also proven to be an excellent time saver when it comes to final inspections of new injection molds at the mold maker. Mold Check allows you to use the same element for:
