Why use electronic flow monitoring?
Cooling water deposits can contaminate cooling circuits in injection molds. These deposits gradually limit the inner diameter of the cooling circuit. This in turn causes flow rate problems that are rarely detected by standard flow controllers. The result is an increase in the production of scrap parts.
Our electronic flow monitoring solves this problem. Flow Control continuously measures flow rate and return temperature in each cooling zone.
